UK Mainland:

All orders to a UK mainland address are processed via Royal Mail. Standard shipping (2-4 working days, order before 3pm) is free of charge on order values over £100. Standard UK shipping on orders below £100 is charged at £4.50 per order.*

An express UK shipping option is also available via Royal Mail's Next-Day Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm service. This option is available for an additional charge at checkout - order before 12pm.
PLEASE NOTE: larger bulk orders may incur an additional shipping charge at checkout subject to exceeding weight restrictions.
UK Highlands & Islands:

UK Returns Policy & Instructions
As is the nature with online shopping, we acknowledge that customers may wish to return items for an exchange or refund.
We therefore offer all UK customers a free 30 day returns policy from receipt of your purchase.
If for any reason you would like to return an item or multiple items from a recent order, please follow the below instructions:
STEP 1. Complete returns form enclosed with your order and securely repackage the item(s) to be returned together with relevant return details, as instructed below.
a). Fill in the relevant sections of the returns form included with your order stating item(s) to be returned for either an exchange or refund. If you no longer have the returns form to hand, please substitute with a note to include the following information:
- Name
- Order No.
- Exchange or refund request
b). Specify the reason(s) for return by entering the corresponding reason code.
c). If requesting an exchange, please specify the style, colour and size of item(s) requested together with any change of shipping address details if required.
d). Please be sure to include your completed returns form (or a note) within the returning package.
STEP 2. Print pre-paid returns label (UK only)
e). Please visit Royal Mail online via the below link and follow the instructions to print a free returns label and/or arrange a collection:

f). Print postage label either at home or at your local post office and affix to front of returning package with barcode clearly visible.
Once the items have been received and checked you will be notified by email and your exchange or refund will be processed. All exchanges are sent out free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: we are only able to accept returned items that are in 'as new' condition.

International Shipping Policy
United States:
We now ship all US orders via Royal Mail’s Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) - Tracked and Signed service, meaning all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are pre-paid by us.
The flat-rate shipping charge as shown at checkout varies by order value to cover these costs. This ensures you pay nothing further on delivery, regardless of the size of your order*.
Where multiple items are ordered, shipping and import costs increase proportionally with value and weight. Our tiered DDP rates reflect this so that all orders remain Delivered Duties Paid and customs-free at delivery.
*PLEASE NOTE: Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) charges are calculated per shipment and are not transferable or refundable in the event of a return or exchange.
EU:
We now ship to a select number of EU countries via Royal Mail’s Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service, meaning all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are pre-paid by us.
Eligible countries include France, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Malta, Netherlands and Ireland.
Our flat-rate shipping charge varies by order value to cover these costs. This ensures you pay nothing further on delivery, regardless of the size of your order*.
Where multiple items are ordered, shipping and import costs increase proportionally with value and weight. Our tiered DDP rates reflect this so that all orders remain Delivered Duties Paid and customs-free at delivery. This service will be expanded to other destinations as and when possible.

Rest of World:
Standard shipping for all international orders is charged at £28 and will be fulfilled by Royal Mail International (Tracked & Signed)*.
Shipping times will vary depending on destination but in some case may take several weeks.
*PLEASE NOTE: whilst UK tax is automatically removed for all international orders at checkout, orders being shipped to countries besides the US and select EU nations where we aren't currently able to offer a DDP (Direct Duties Paid) service may be subject to additional customs charges at the point of entry. In such cases customers will be contacted directly by customs officials to facilitate payment of any tax and duties owed.

International Returns Policy
We understand that occasionally a return or exchange may be required, and we aim to make this process as smooth as possible for our international customers.
Refund Requests (International Orders):
International customers have 60 days from receipt of their order to request a return.

Return shipping from outside the UK is not covered and must be arranged by the customer.

Returned items must be received in unused, as-new condition with all original packaging.
Please note that import duties and taxes paid at the point of entry (Delivered Duties Paid) are non-refundable, even if an order is returned in full. Regrettably this is a limitation imposed by customs authorities and carriers, rather than us.
Unless an item is found to be faulty or save for exceptional circumstances, refunds will therefore be processed for the product value only, excluding any original shipping, duties, or taxes paid.
Exchanges Requests (International Orders):
We are happy to offer international exchanges where possible; however, due to the nature of international customs processes, the following conditions apply:

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to the UK.

Replacement items will be dispatched once returned items are received and inspected.
Where an exchange can be processed without incurring additional import duties or taxes, we will of course dispatch the replacement item free of charge.
Where an exchange shipment results in new import duties or taxes however, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to dispatch.
This is because import duties and taxes are charged by customs authorities on each individual shipment and cannot be transferred or reused from a previous order.
We recommend carefully reviewing sizing guides and product details before placing an international order to help minimise the need for exchanges.
