- All orders to a UK mainland address are processed via Royal Mail and come with free shipping (2-4 working days, order before 1pm) as standard.
- Express shipping (24hr tracked, order before 1pm) is available for an additional charge at checkout.
UK Highlands & Islands:
- Orders to UK Highlands & Islands will be fulfilled via Royal Mail at an additional charge. Please allow 3-5 working days.
International (incl. Europe, US and Asia):
- Shipping for all international orders is charged at £16 and will be fulfilled by Royal Mail International (Signed For & Tracked).
- Shipping times will vary depending on destination but can take several weeks.
- Any customs charges or delays at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
As is the nature with online shopping, we acknowledge that from time to time customers may wish to return items for an exchange or refund.
We therefore offer a free (UK only) 30 day returns policy from receipt of your purchase.
For international customers, our returns policy is extended to 60 days. Unfortunately we are unable to cover return shipping charges from abroad but any exchanged items will be shipped free of charge. Our returns address can be found at the bottom of this page.
For UK customers, if for any reason you would like to return an item or multiple items from a recent order, please follow the below instructions:
STEP 1. Complete section on back page of returns form
a). Fill in the relevant sections of the returns form included with your order stating item(s) to be returned for either an exchange or refund.
b). Specify the reason(s) for return by entering the corresponding reason code.
c). If requesting an exchange, please specify the style, size and colour of item(s) requested.
d). Please be sure to include your completed returns form within the returning package.
STEP 2. Print pre-paid returns label (UK only)
e). Please visit Royal Mail online via the below link and follow the instructions to print a free returns label:
f). Print label and affix to front of package with barcode clearly visible.
Once the items have been received and checked you will be notified by email and your exchange or refund will be processed. All exchanges are sent out free of charge. Please note that we are only able to accept returned items that are in 'as new' condition.
