Shipping
We ship Darzi orders throughout the UK and to a growing number of international destinations.
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse. Available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £100.
For orders under £100, the applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout.
Orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service, with tracking details provided once your order has been dispatched.
Express Delivery
Express next-day delivery is available for £14.50.
Orders must be placed before [CUT-OFF TIME] on a working day to qualify for next-day dispatch. Orders placed after the cut-off, or during weekends and Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
International Delivery
We ship to a range of international destinations, including the USA, Canada, Europe and selected countries worldwide.
Available shipping services and charges are calculated according to your destination and order value and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Duties & Taxes
The way duties and taxes are handled depends on your delivery destination.
For destinations where we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means there should be no additional duties or import taxes to pay when your order arrives.
Where DDP shipping is not available, your order may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Where applicable, UK VAT is removed from international orders in accordance with the tax treatment of the destination country.
Any applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges will be shown as clearly as possible during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery.
